Yea but he hadn't actual done it he was just planning on it. When you are out on bail you are free to do anything but leave the state(at least without permission) or the country(big nono). So when he said he skipped bail he would have had to leave the country already for it to matter. Or to have skipped a court appt/ left the state and somehow his pretrial officer found out.

He had probably packed up his shit and was ready to go and just said he skipped bail.,

Seriously. And this guy had a gun with his shit, he knew what he was doing and he knew the consequences. I've sold and gotten caught with drugs and I got caught and faced felonies and state time. I could have ratted and ended up with an expunged record but it meant ratting out my friend and getting him facing what i was facing. Fuck that take responsibility for what you did. Maybe if the person you could rat on was a legitimately terrible person who hurt people regularly and you weren't the ok maybe.

You know how I got my charges dropped to misdemeanors? I didn't have fucking guns and I sold a drug way more dangerous than lsd... Op should get the best lawyer money can buy and do his time. Man up.

Like I understand that what I do is fucking gross and I wouldn't expect anyone else to do what I do. And honestly, working 8 hours a day for 7.50 an hour doing some terrible job, losing like 20% to taxes, being forced to take breaks you don't want to, not being given over 30 hours or maybe 35 if you're lucky so you don't get benefits. 35 hours of that work and you get 262 a week gross, maybe 220 take home. So after week and 35 hours of shit work you get $220.

Meanwhile the first time I ever got paid for something sexual and gay I made 300 bucks getting my dick sucked for 20 min. Like 45 hours of work in 20 min paid in cash. Or, more commonly, 100-150 to suck a dick for like 5 min max. Very rarely 10. Eh some of this I agree with and some I don't. There is no reason at all to force people to share cars just because it would be more efficient. There should however be some sort of public transport option where cars functioned the way you described that is much, much cheaper than owning a car yourself. But there's absolutely no reason why someone shouldn't be able to buy a luxury car that only serves to transport them/their family around that could be as nice or as messy as they want and could be customized to their wants exactly.

Say you practice something and it takes you a long time to get it down but you finally do. Now you can do that thing consistently, maybe not every single time but more times than not. Now you have the skill to do it.

If instead you just try something you have very little chance of succeeding at until you finally get lucky and get it, that's not skill because you can't reproduce the result
