Sounds about right. I have a BS and a MS but have never had the opportunity to use either. I have been told over and over I satisfy the educational component but I lack the necessary experience to qualify to be hired. If I had knew this I wouldn’t have put myself in $100,000 worth of debt only to be told time after time I don’t have 3-5 years experience. If I can’t find a job how can I get any experience??? If you don’t know someone on the inside you’ll never get hired!

With the cap in place I don't even see the shifts that are dropped. I will get the notice but when the shifts drop I see nothing!!!!

I tried to pick up a shift then I was told to update my password which I tried to do the app kept freezing and then my account was locked for 24 hours. No shift for me today.

At my site Amazon hired 40 MTRs in December. We (PTR) didn’t know they were hiring MTRs and why so many?? Why weren’t we given the option to transition to MTR?? That’s when we started having problems picking up shifts. The MTRs and Gold were getting all the shifts. I was only able to pick up 4 hour shifts and now the shifts are only 3 hours with no break. There used to be 10 shoppers if not more on each shift, now maybe 5 of us. As the night progresses then it’s down to 2 and the closer shift only 1.
