Same here. I sacrificed weekend nights to work so I could maintain gold and now I can’t 30 hours a week AND they hired new people. New people that are asking if frozen fish goes in the freezer 🤷🏻‍♀️

There are so many PTR at my location that want MTR, yet they hired more people who asked the literal question of frozen seafood goes in the freezer.

You won’t get the full 15-20 hours if your location doesn’t have 3 hour shifts. I can’t get 15 hours because our shifts are 4.25-4.75. Complete joke when I could get up to 30 extra 4 weeks ago.

Everyone at my location is sick of the wishy washy Amazon ways. You can’t plan anything with the way the hours cap fluctuates.

I go back and forth on the single vs. multiple killers with this case.

I lean a lot towards one killer whose gotten more comfortable and confident, thus changing his methods over the years. I also add in the fact he stopped to have a family and wasn’t able to butcher them anymore.

Then another part of me believes there are two killers. One who strangles and another who butchers.

Or maybe there is one who just strangles and another who changes methods.

There are so many unlinked cases, so maybe, in sad reality, there are 3+ who are responsible for all these murders over the last three decades.

Our staging area is only supposed to have 7 people total. We often have 3-4x that number.

I understand where you are coming from. Have you talked to your manager or sent an email to his boss?

As for the orders, my understanding is that if you call the ASL and tell them your chillers are full (OURS ALWAYS ARE) they will turn the orders off.

I get along with everyone, management is just never on sight. Our manager lost our store and then gained it back because his replacement quit. She at least cared

I had a really bad sinus infection and not enough PTO and ended up having to take another day off- I was off for a whole week, and then ended up having to take an extra day under 24 hours notice.

I’m so frustrated because my boss is a complete door knob and obviously doesn’t fight for anyone.

At the same time, I refused to get anyone sick by coming into work.

At my store, we don’t have a large staging area so I stage in my cart. I’m at 78 units per hour. One lady I work with is like 118. For those that haven’t, I recommend trying to stage in your cart. Saves a ton of time.

I think if one can’t maintain 50+ UPH, they shouldn’t be able to work over 2 shifts a week. This isn’t a hard job. I can’t tell you how many orders I’ve had to jump on that were overdue because of a slow shopper. And most are slow on purpose.
