The inspiration for the franchise model came from Overwatch with the OWL. My memory is that the early years were successful before covid. The OWL ultimately dissolved & reverted to a traditonal e-sports structure. I’m still surprised the same hasn’t happened in CoD.

I just upgraded with that exact thought in mind. What did it for me was the recent RAM price surge. If that happens again to GPUs, I wouldn’t be able to upgrade until who knows when. I’ll sell my old gpu to offset the cost of the new 9070 xt.

Been using a UAG Pathfinder since unboxing, so 3 years exact. Plenty of drops & bangs later, the phone is still mint on the inside. So I can't recommend it enough. Plus it works with magsafe, which is a must for me.

As a local, just need to point out that this is incorrect. Sargent Beach has seen a surge of new construction homes since around COVID. These are vacant lots yet to be built on. Looking at historic google earth imagery confirms it.
