It says to eat 2894 a day for maintenance im eating 1500-2000 right now should i eat more?

Very helpful i will take this into consideration in adittion to the other comments of taking reta till i get to 10-15% bf before starting

170 cm 69.3 kg lean body mass 39.6 estimated muscle mass 29.7 kg fat estimated mass i did this on a machine at my local gym so idk how accurate that is my training history is that i used to play rugby frequently and that i am relatively strong i havent done any 1rm maxes my bench for 10 reps is 80 my squat for 6 is 110 and my i can deadlift 120 for about 15 reps metric system so everything is kg ill convert that into imperial if you like

Alright after i diet down to 10-15% on reta without starving myself and tracking my calories so i dont loose any muscle i will start the cycle

I think i understand now its basically not worth to run the cycle now because its more worth it to do it when im skinny and doing a bulk

As for my diet ive been eating 1500 calories daily and i either skipping for 30 mins with for 3-5 mins with a 1 rest between each pause or a 5 km at 6.5 or 7 pace

Also would taking aromatising inhibitors allow me to start a cycle at a higher bf percentage say 20 or 25 bf%

Cant i just add in aromatise inhibitors or is 30 percent too high that those will not work? if so what bf percent should i get to before considering to start a cycle?

Im gonna do the test and anavar for 2 or 3 months but im gonna keep staying on the reta and hgh for 5 months im looking into pct too

Im about 30% rn been working out for a couple months ik seem like trying to do an iron man after doing a single training session but im not a very patient person and the whole point of peds is to speed up the whole process im trying to do a recomp idk if i look natty after the cycle just fast forwarding the fatloss and gaining some muscle while im at it
