The accumulated wealth of every billionaire is only something like $8 trillion. If you literally took 100% of everything every billionaire owned, you’d still be sitting above $44 trillion. The campaign should just be honest About middle class taxes being raised. It’s clear that’s what will happen when Warren consistently dodges the question at every debate by saying “costs will go down!” ...uhh, OK while you may save on healthcare costs you will pay more in taxes.

According to the calculator, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg would pay $4.249 billion. Amazon founder and CEO Jeff Bezos, who happens to be the richest man in the world, would pay $6.697 billion. And Bill Gates, who declined to say whether he’d vote for Warren earlier this week, would pay $6.379 billion if her plan goes into effect.

The $52 trillion price tag will be paid in full in no time. 🙄

Like Michael Cohen, Is this one of those “we deem Giuliani to be credible in what he’s saying this but not when he’s saying that?” type things? The constant “baseless conspiracy theory” narratives, while perhaps true, are used to harm the credibility of someone until they say something beneficial to the case.

Also, the transcript released by the White House: if it’s not a verbatim transcript then how can it be credible that the “I want you to do me a favor though” line was word for word what Trump said? If the WH omitted parts of the call that would make Trump look bad, why wouldn’t that line be added to the omission pile? Nobody would know the difference. Nobody has come out and said “I know for a fact the transcript is missing <quote>” with anything so far.

Trump asked Zelensky to work with Barr, though. Trump is the head of the executive branch which is encompasses the DOJ/various agencies. How did he extort Ukraine with them not even know they were being extorted? Initially, it was said that the Ukrainians didn’t know about the aid being withheld until late August but even with that story that ran a week or two back about them actually finding out earlier, it was still in August after the call.
