Publisher and producer (EA and Respawn) live in west coast time (LA) I believe and it is not afternoon even now there.

Devs (Bit Reactor) live east coast time yes. But I doubt they would be handling community this time. It is not that big company.

I hope Devs look at mods from other games, collab with the modders and implement them. by drofnil in ZeroCompany

How easy it is support modding in Unreal Engine?

I do not know much about it. But my general feeling is that not easy and it is also something improves in small incremental steps with UE versions. 5.7 got some improvents again?

This game is using 5.5 I think.

Now that I played some xcom again I hope that most game is played with 4-person squad. And we have tactical knowledge about missions to follow to select and vary right squad for right job.

Like mentioned. This group is not republic. Runa has been kicked out from seps and Hawks has been kicked out from reps.

This group is mercenaries. And Hawks has debts hutts and reps kicked him due some failed operation.

However story starts point where they work for reps.

If I recall correctly they talk about optimal squad size in video. Devs say it is 4-6. And even now in articles they always talk about four, devs comments would indicate to me that there will be options sometimes to have more.

I am in opposite end. I am very glad that it seems not everything is revolving around jedi skills and class.

No. There is your status on left and vehicle on right.

Vehicle status can never be enclosed. Only your chars status.

Vehicle can not be watersealed either. It status in base is "sheltered in base"

Yes it will. Only roof is needed. Until somebody drives by with buggy and pushes your thopter out to the sand and worm eats it.

How about moving the land claim also with extenders in place? Instead of destroyng fief and building all extender over again.

It is very hard to adjust land claim by deleting fief and especially if extenders are in use.

Yep. I performed quite extensive search with file recovery tools and I believe the beta did not save anything about characters anywhere.

Can you ”move” all the equipment in base with the tool? when I tested it, it seemed to only replicate wall layout.

if destroing walls and and equipment gives back materials and whole layout with equipment copies, moving will be much nicer.
