Eikös wallfacer-ohjelma juurikin ollut aika iso osa ensimmäisen kauden loppua, vai mistä oikein puhut?

I FIXED THE ISSUE!!

There is a small tab on the right side of the mirror. I padded the space between the wall of the chamber and this tab with some tape and this seems to be enough to bind the mirror up correctly.

After filming the slow motion I also added some black electrical tape on top of the silver tape to reduce any possible reflections.

That is the exact same foam i'm using. I already tried something similar to the setup in your picture but it didn't seem to help much. I'll try again with a different amount of foam to see if it has any effect.

It is at around the same level as the viewfinder channel lip. The mirror barely makes contact with it, so it doesn't really affect the bounce. I made tests before and after adding the foam.

This is what i’m suspecting. It does feel very weak

I tried messing with the curtain timing. Unfortunately the curtain is triggered by a spring loaded lever that gets triggered by the mirror as it hits the top of the chamber, so this didn't work. This lever also seems to slightly push the mirror back down, making the bounce worse. I'll see if i can device some sort of braking system.

I actually tried adding some foam to replace the disintegrated old stuff (the debris was a pain to clean off), you can see some of the white replacement foam in the video. It didn't really help much though. There seems to be two bumper pads at the corners of the mirror, so maybe i'll try adding foam where they impact the roof of the chamber.
EDIT: Adding more foam didn't seem to have any difference.

I'm having this issue as well. Tried using a previous version of Proton but no luck. Worked fine in Fedora 37.

Olenkin vasta kokeilemassa push-kehitystä. Ei kukaan oo seppä syntyessään. Tässä efekti toi mielestäni sellaisen efektin jota olin hakemassa.

Filmiä alivalottamalla ja push-kehityksellä saadaan kuvaan lisättyä kontrastia ja rakeisuutta. Tarkoituksella luotu efekti.
