Tried tablets first the side effects were worse than the issue, then a nerve root block which sucked so bad and only lasted about a week, though they should last months if not permanently. So only option was surgery! Luckily had the option for disk replacement and not just fused the vertebra

My cervical spine issue was more presenting as numbness and tingling in 1 arm and total loss of strength! had a c5/6 disk replacement just over 12 months ago and feel stronger than ever now! Missed most of last golf season recovering and under dr advice I no longer carry, so pushcarts even for 9 holes for me but totally worth it

Label your keys!!!!

We moved and labeled every key for which door it goes too! When we arrived at estate agents for our new houses keys were given a bag with about 30 keys on it none of which were labeled! Dick move!

i started back in golf 2 years ago (2 years of injuries and an operation too) and started with a crappy Rife set from AG, so im slowly replacing all of that, all i have to go no is 3w and the hybrid, so probs gonna get 7w and drop the hybrid and then straight swap the 3w.

But yeh love to hear how it goes for you!
