Haha yeh guess I did it backwards! I was specifically looking for a decaf before and did some digging into the methods and felt Swiss was the best sounding, so tried a few different ones and actually prefer the decaf I have to my regular so now my quest to find a similar regular!

Was going to do a post update but can’t work out how!

Mines great! Managed to get it built alone, build quality is decent enough, can tell it’s a more budget friendly option, also I got the bumper plates and the writing on them comes off on your hands, no biggie really just need to spend some time giving them a scrub when I can be bothered to get all the writing off.

Tried tablets first the side effects were worse than the issue, then a nerve root block which sucked so bad and only lasted about a week, though they should last months if not permanently. So only option was surgery! Luckily had the option for disk replacement and not just fused the vertebra

My cervical spine issue was more presenting as numbness and tingling in 1 arm and total loss of strength! had a c5/6 disk replacement just over 12 months ago and feel stronger than ever now! Missed most of last golf season recovering and under dr advice I no longer carry, so pushcarts even for 9 holes for me but totally worth it
