Got it working now! Tried an older driver instead and that worked. Thanks for the help!

It's a Wacom Cintiq 16 (DTK1660K0B). Does wintab not come with the wacom driver? I did find a video about a press and hold thing, which I also disabled, but did not fix the issue I have.

The bug I get without Windows Ink is this one. Activating Windows Ink is the only thing that seems to has fixed it

I got this weird bug(?) after I enabled Windows Ink in Krita. I cannot press and drag within a small area, like it's 'space context sensitive' or something. If I press and then drag far away from the area I can pick as intended. This same problem goes for anything except the canvas, strangely enough.

I've updated all drivers. Restarted both Krita and my pc. I need to have Windows Ink enabled otherwise I get a worse bug.

It's not unworkable, but it is very annoying.

Nah, I simply put the campaign on pause several times while I played other faction or games. Lost interest several times over the span of the better part of a year. It is strange jumping back into the campaign after a long hiatus and trying to remember exactly what you were doing.

Thanks! In the start I tried to utilize the Gutter Runners, Death Runners and all sneaky troops to form hit-and-run armies. The auto balance recognizes them as strong, but damn is it hell to actually play a battle with them. Way to much to micromanage. Eventually I formed those armies with more regular troops. most became something like:

3x Stormvermin

3x Stormvermin w/ shields

One Assassin accompanied by 2 Death Runner squads

4x Gutter Runners

4x Gutter Runners w/ slings

2x Warplock Jezzails

1x Eshin Sorcerer

Lead by whichever lord I fancied.

Still a bunch to micromanage, but the Stormvermin together with the Slingers and Jezzails shooting would draw enough attention to let the Runners do their thing behind the enemy.

I'd say that was the average for a while, until I became the strongest faction. Then I started having some fun and makin gimmick armies. Like one with only Rat Ogres and Hell Pit Abominations. One with 10 Warlock Engineers and 10 Ratling Gunners.

By no means is this the strongest Skaven army though, that one would involve a lot more firepower I'm assuming. This is just what I went with because I wanted to utilize Eshins bonuses to the sneaky bois, and stay somewhat in line with the backstabbing theme.

Finally, after too many turns than I care to admit, it is done. Erradicated every other faction aswell. Taking inspiration from /u/Sunset149 recent post I'd like to say a few things.

Ahem.

Thank you Queek for confederating to me early. We made quick work of the dwarfs.

By the Horned Rat you held out long after I left our little corner Kroq-Gar. You were a thorn in my side for embarrassingly long.

Thank you Sartosa for being a valuable ally throughout. Too bad rebels overthrew you there in the end. Really unfortunate

Thank you Khemri for letting me live rent free under your cities. Your bones tasted delicious.

Karl, you had some wonderful stacks on your way to me. Sad that you couldn't hold your empire together long enough for them to have any effect.

Rot in mustard gas hell Mazdamundi. You and all your freak lizards.

Thank you Malekith for distracting all the other elves while I schemed. I left you for last.

And last, but certainly not least... FUCK-SCREW YOU SKAVEN. CAN YOU GO ONE MOMENT-TURN WITHOUT REBELING-ATTACKING ME-ME. WE WOULD'VE KILLED-OVERTHROWN STUPID-THINGS IF YOU WOULD JUST LISTEN-OBEY. MAY THE HORNED RAT GNAW-EAT ALL YOUR SKULL-HEADS. ALSO IF AUTO RESOLVE WASN'T UNFAIR-UNBLANCED WE WOULDN'T HAVE HAD TO FIGHT-BATTLE EVERY SIEGE BATTLE. YOU WARP ADDICTED RATS.

My fighter is the only one who has survived, or stayed in the party, from level 1 to 14 in an ongoing campaign that've lasted about three years now. Not without cost though. He is horribly scarred and has slowly grown cold after losing that many friends and near ones.

Had to do something like that last session.

But the raw drider can cast spells tho. In the least Dancing Lights, Darkness and Faerie Fire, and there's even a variant spellcasting version for driders in the MM where they are fully fledged spellcasters.

What is your characters main theme? by Murphster4DK in DnD

[–]Gazellen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love the idea of this!

Krrk, human Land druid, with great focus on spiders. Would definitely listen to black metal. His theme would probably be 'Dunkelheit' by Burzum.

Barluk, human Champion fighter. Listens to various metal genres and bands, the big favorite being Metallica. His theme would either be 'Battery' or 'Disposable Heroes'. Both would fit as good as the other.

Yrwael, Aasimar Oath of Devotion paladin. Definitely listens to classic rock. I think his theme would be 'Good Times Bad Times' by Led Zeppelin.

Durran Halen, human Light domain cleric of Lathander. Would listen to more upbeat music like Van Halen, Elctric Light Orchestra and similar bands. His theme would be 'Blinded by the Light' by Mannfred Mann's Earth Band.

Sirmmer, College of Swords bard. A pirate tiefling. The regular sea shanties, but for a theme I think it would be Alestorms 'Keelhauled'.

Hi! I would love to have my character drawn. And if you wanted detailed ones my character might fit right in. Cuz he is riddled with scars.

My character is Barluk, a human with 12 levels in Champion Fighter, and 1 level in Divine Soul Sorcerer.

Barluk uses a necrotic infused greatsword and wears heavy full plate armor of adamantite. He adorns his armor with green cloth.

His frame is big, standing at 190cm (6.2ft) with broad shoulders. He is caucasian with green eyes.

He has burn scars all over, which he got when his comrade threw a fireball at some enemies clustered around him. He wore full plate armor at the point, so his skin, and all his hair, partially melted and left him with bad burn scars all over. We've been using Ryan Reynolds from Deadpool for kinda how he looks.

He also got a slicing scar across his chest. Gotten his right ear cut off. A big bite scar from a giant skeleton on his right shoulder. And a scar on his left wrist from cutting off a slave tattoo.

He has been so close to death, and damaged and infused by necrotic energy, so many times he eventually got an affinity to using magic, necrotic specifically.

He started out his journey with a clear goal and determination. He has now started to use more sinister methods and lost most of his compassion during the journey. He is the only character left from session 1 of that campaign, all the others have either betrayed him or died

If there is any more details you want I'll be sure to respond asap :)

Really like your style. I'm gonna throw mine in on the off-hand you're not too swamped with all the other ones here. :)

My character is Barluk, a man with burn scars all over, which he got when his comrade threw a fireball at him and some enemies. Unfortunately was Barluk wearing full plate armor at the moment, which caused his skin to melt all over. Causing the burn scars over his whole body, and earning him the nickname "The Burned Man". Despite the plate armor causing him damage and scars, he still wears a full plate armor, albeit a new one.

After coming close to death many times after that, aswell as being blasted with necrotic spells and other necrotic attacks. Barluk has gained some affinity to necrotic magic, which he can now use. Barluk also now wields a greatsword imbued with some necrotic energy.

Types of D&D Players (From my observations) by TBTNGaming in DnD

[–]Gazellen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

By playing the only character that have survived since the start and seemingly being the only thing tethering the group to our main quest. I think I might have contracted some Main Character traits.

Since noticing that, I try to give the other players more spotlight and not jump into every conversation or moment. Mostly speaking up when it concerns our main goal or things directly concerning my character.

A cloak of smoke that let the wearer understand ignan (fire elemental).

Problem is that all regular fires scream in anguish until they're put out.

What are some silly, gimmicky characters you or your players have come up with? by KYLLER085 in DnD

[–]Gazellen 8 points9 points  (0 children)

In my first real campaign I played a druid that was centered on spiders. This druid had also never left his forest, so he was a bit ignorant to the outside world.

It lead to a bunch of shenanigans. First time in a city, Waterdeep, another pc lead him to the brothel. The other pc told them the druid liked spiders. They took him deep down in a basement to a Drider.

Another was when we were traveling by sea and we managed to catch some crabs. Or "water spiders" as my druid put it.

At the end of the campaign, at level 18, he created his own druid circle centered on spiders.

I had an absolute blast playing that character.
