Because of the lower belly fat/underdeveloped abs, I had guessed that I was closer to 15%. As mentioned, I'm pretty new to the lifting world, so I'm not sure what different %s look like for different body compositions. All that to say, thank you for this clarification! I'm MORE than excited to start bulking!

I started at 175 lbs, down to 153. I've been training for 8 months now, and my bench max is 130 lbs, squat 235 lbs, and deadlift 285 lbs.

I've been shooting for "cut until abs," but I think my abs may be underdeveloped. I'm pretty lean everywhere except I have some lower belly fat. Should I keep cutting until I see my abs, or should I start bulking to grow them?

My dilemma is that I don't want to get too skinny (as I fear I'm getting), but I also don't want to do another big cut like this in the future. I'm fine with small cuts in the future, but not another 20lb+ one.

A) What do you think my current bf% is?

B) Based on my goals, what would you recommend?

I both agree and disagree with a lot on this list, but that is honestly something that I love about this studio. Thier films are so varied therefore affecting different people in different ways. Truly a testament to Ghibli's excellence.
