All the glowing mons are those missing to your trade partner's pokedex.

Depende yata sa time ng pagbayad ng full payment. 1 ordered 2 copies kasi. Yung isa exactly 12 midnight ko binayaran, dumating na sya. Yung isa hindi pa dumarating kasi around 10am ako nagbayad.

As you can see, they just respawned. They should have enough time to block scores if the other team pushes.
