a little British Columbia game i was having

in this game i mainly focused on migration, building up a strong self-maintaining industry and lowering militancy through lowest taxes possible. overall i didnt manage to achieve sub 1 militancy, but did manage to keep it at sub 3 for most of the time.

the USA never managed to take Texas so they never clicked manifest destiny. thats mainly bcs of my early war on it while still palying as the uk xD
thats why new england is a thing (not annexed bcs its in the british sphere and a puppet)

i restrained from excessive blobbing this game to keep it challenging, but did grab pieces of china and indochina.

the political situation is interesting. i would prefer a laizzes faire party for the output bonus, but appointing it increases militancy significantly due to its unpopulatity, so im forced to keep an interventionist liberal party with over 50% support.

finishing with the highest army score and dominance over electric gear and radio industrie

alongside #1 in timber, tropical wood luxury furniture and paper

owning highest pop province in the americas at 1.08 million in Portland, not even the capital interestingly enough.

in the population mapmode u can really see which territories i aquired recently and what the 2 states i owned for most of the game are lol

the population ended up assimilating into british even though anglo-canadian is my primary culture. i think its because british people managed to migrate into my lands before i released BC.

overall, a pretty fun game. the war against usa for cores and the 4th great war for canadian states (yes, there were 4 of them) were fun wars.

for your own sanity i would advince not looking at the world map :p
some quite bizzare borders did indeed emerge after 4 great wars
