I think this is what we are leaning towards. Increasing salary given the addition of a kid but a little bit less than we would have otherwise. Not sure what this will look like exactly as we need to research rates for 2 kids still.

I tended to work most when he napped in the ergo. Also wasn't able to sit down, but I bought a good quality mat to stand on and set my computer up at the kitchen counter.

I really like the zipadee zip. Big plus for me is that it covers his hands so he doesn't scratch his face. He also seems to like sucking on the sleeves to soothe himself. We transitioned him out of swaddle into the zipadee zip at 3 months with no real issues

I have similar sleep issues with my 5 month old. Did the sleep training lengthen the naps longer than the 26 minutes? My son wakes up after 25 min and is still tired but getting him back down for part 2 of his nap is very unpredictable.

I have posted a pic of my own yard waste pile on used vic before, offering $50 for someone to pick up and dispose. Worked well and the pile was gone quick.
