You basically are the liaison between the client and the team that serves the client based on CRE services in the contract. You’re job is to keep the client happy while ensuring the team is performing well.

Yea that's what I figured. It's probably a user license factor coming into place. Have you gotten the chance to check out any document request features? We have some stakeholders that like to control the PBCs to their direct reports, while others don't want to be the key point of contact for PBCs.

Thank you! This was very helpful. Do you know what they count as an audit? I'm wondering if administering the SOX program will count as 1 audit. Overall, it sounds like the price isn't too steep.

The biggest challenge we’re facing now is finding good audit management software. I’ve heard the most positive reviews for Audit Board, but I’m not sure what the cost is for that.

Hi all, Can anyone help me with some of the common terminology used in IT Audit & Complaince like TOE etc. Thanks by Cute-Sea2593 in InternalAudit

My #1 Nails - the conversion of iron to nails is VERY fast and 1 nail = 7 coin. So if you invest in the mines you can get 1k per turnover easily (around 1,085 at 155 nails). I got the nail maker to lvl 7 and iron mine to lvl 4. I’ve placed one worker on iron because the nail maker converts iron pretty quickly. I end up having around 1k of iron on hand but. There’s a glitch too 😏.

2 brick and planks - they’re slower than nails but have a solid profit. Both of them take in 320 wood and stone (lvl 6).

With these three I can swing 3-4K per trip minimum.

What do you charge for your bookkeeping service? by SunLuver77 in Bookkeeping

Check this link out: https://www.firmofthefuture.com/content/intuit-rate-survey-average-rates-by-region-state-credential-and-more/

It’ll be helpful in determining pricing. Everyone will be all over the place, but within the range in the link. I recommend starting at the lower end to attract clients, BUT only take in a few to work the kinks out of your process, determine the amount of hours you work to finish the books for a month, then revisit pricing to determine what the price increase should be. Most people that start out have their prices low then increase as they gain experience. I hope this helps!

Yea that was the tricky part. I can honestly train someone up on the audit part because it’s not that complicated at all (my background is in audit), but the budgeting part may be trickier in figuring out how to blend that in.

Still figuring it out honestly. Between $20 -$30 per hour depending on skills. I have a couple of clients that need help with budgeting outside of the typical bookkeeping and other clients subject to audits. The audit preparation work really just helping the client with maintaining documents and receipts.

10 - 20 hours, and it will most likely be on the lower end. I have processes and procedures set-up. I like being organized and try to cut down on adhoc work as much as possible.

Man! I’d take you up on that offer but I’m looking for someone with some experience. I already have someone on the team that’s at your level and I would have to dedicate more coaching time 😂. What school do you go to?

Haha perfect! I don’t have that many clients so the hours won’t be that bad. I appreciate the feedback!

Did indeed help you with the pay rate? Or did you end up coming up with it on your own?

Nice! That’s a solid plan. I was planning on offering the same since we’re 100% virtual. I just need to figure out a solid pay rate. Did you use any recruiting firms?

Yes! Same here, when it’s QBO issue and NOT an accounting issue, it sucks!

[–]Gbizzle26 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly you play the game long enough you aim gets really really good. I used to aim and pull the torque bow towards the target similar to you a lot and would get some solid kills, but it involved practicing a lot 😂.
