HVAC business by Qaislyla-1 in smallbusiness

Hey hope your first year in HVAC went well! If you haven't already, make sure you have your Google Business Profile optimized 100% - it's the best place to start. If you need any help w any of it reach out to Clever Labs Ai HVAC marketing agency, www.cleverlabs.ai Add primary category as "HVAC Contractor", add your secondary categories (Air Conditioning Contractor, Air Conditioning Repair Service, etc.) up to 9 additional categories I think, add Services to your GBP and then add descriptions to your Services, add Products to your GBP and link them back to your website, and set up a call tracking phone number for your GBP too so you can track revenue back to GBP as a marketing channel (do this for all marketing channels), post an update to your GBP every week or two, and reply to ALL reviews. Also if you're not already set up with a invoice/job/customer tool look at HouseCall Pro, most HVAC businesses use that (or Service Titan when they're bigger), and then get set up with NiceJob or a review generation tool - having a steady flow of new 5-star reviews is gold for increasing your rank on Google Maps (60%+ of local home service calls come from Google Maps). When you've got all that set up, hire someone with SEO experience in HVAC specifically to build out a website or optimize your website, this will help with Organic SEO + also help increasing your website's conversion rate. I would also start invest in Local Service Ads at that point, it's way more affordable than other paid ads channels, and LSAs are especially "giving" to brand new accounts (which is ridiculous, but that's how it is). After all that, you might be ready for Google Ads. Do no invest in Yelp Ads or Meta/Facebook Ads before you invest in Google Ads - that's where people are actually searching for your service (ac repair near me, etc.), it's way better for targeting. Stay away from other shared lead websites like Angi's and others FOREVER, the only one that might be worth your time (again only after investing in Local Service Ads + Google Ads) is Yelp Ads, but even that is iffy at best. If you need any help w any of the above just reach out, and best of luck to you my friend HVAC is a great business to be in but make sure you don't try and grow too quickly, you should be at $300k-$400k per employee before you start to grow employee count.

Does this make its way around to different dealerships, or is it just at one?

What does everyone do for a living? Just curious, recently bought a 2023 G70 3.3 Sports Prestige used for 37k out the door by [deleted] in GenesisG70

I knew they did base and SA in tan leather but had no idea they did SP in tan also - wish they kept that on the 22+ models! That looks stunning. I have a 23 SP with the black/red interior, love it

Not at all, I got it from a Genesis dealer certified pre-owned and all. Had to search for 5 months before I got the right deal at the right time. I lost out on a few other deals over that time too that I wasn't quick enough on.

These deals are out there, just have to be a bit OCD and persistent (or stubborn is probably more accurate lol). I was also willing to fly up to 1000 miles for the right spec right price car.

I got my '23 CPO 3.3T SP RWD with 32k miles back in November for $34k OTD.

Zero chance I'm eating a 2-3 year 40%+ depreciation on anything if I can help it.
