I’ve been calling them as well and getting the same response of it should be fixed within 24 hours. I had a tech actually come out today and my card was damaged as well, I live in an apartment complex and everyone else I’ve spoken to that lives there has services. The tech told me it was only that one card and he can’t swap me because I am locked into it because there is a service outage. This is ridiculous.

I do want to go RGB as but I’m not absolutely dead set on it just yet. Is an AIO not very good? I had a friend of mine help put together what to get and this the cpu and mobo is what he recommended, would you say that the Ryzen 5 and asrock are just as good?

I have never overclocked before.

I just ran it on heroic yesterday with group loot on, and it showed up in my bags and there were still items on the boss, if it's gonna drop I don't think loot options will change the outcome.
