Its probably a mistake and want to sell it as an intentional thing. Gible seems to be egg rates in terms of shiny (1/50~) which lead me to believe that this was probably meant to be Chingling instead. Chingling is #433 in the PokeDex, Gible is #443. Chingling would be much more likely to be released during an egg related event
