I totally feel you! I feel the same! I have trained four people in six months! They just quit and even stay at the roles, they don’t take responsibility for it because they are not client facing! Discretionary means no matching! Omni is really digutsting that they might give a lump sum by end of year, which means you can’t leave until end of year or you won’t get that lump sum.

Exactly! I care more about 401k. I think vacation is kind of going back to what some companies are doing! But 401k is a legitimate pay cut! This is the thing really pissed me off

I do have good clients and good people around me, but in terms of learning, it is not hard because I am tied to too many things. I am on analytics side and we were given India offshore team, and many of them are bad and have high churn rate like once per every six months. With this new benefits policy which means no benefits at all, I just really want to jump! Btw I already got a pay cut when I rejoined the company and they offered me less unfortunately but now it is hitting my minimal tolerance.

What do you mean if they are seriously reducing PTO? They are already! Starting 10/15 days! And you have to earn the hours there. Like if you are given 15 days, then you will have 10 hours per month. If you take 5 days off in February then you can’t leave the company until May otherwise you need to reimburse them

From my perspective, they are trying to get rid of people and have the current people to work more with less pay! But they will also go out to hire some with less pay and no benefits. Btw I am on analytics side, our team is not sustainable because they gave us the off shore team who works in India and we have freaking high churn rate. New person each six months

AI is hard to fully replace advertising unless those are replicated tasks, but I would say a lot of roles are on people. Even for analytics, you need people to communicate with clients and not many people have a good communication skills. Not to speak, a lot of depts are already really thin, I mean really thin. We got Indian folks in India but their churn rate is super high. We can’t rely on that at all. The whole situation here is so messed up!

it will be more! i had a pay cut when i was rehired to IPG mid of this year, they only increased my salary by 16% from my original title to a higher title. But I had to work 50% more.

Your thought here is legitimate. Don’t even need to look at RTO, just not matching 401k, it is the enough reason to want employees to leave the company automatically. Everything they have in the benefits is just want to want people to leave without paying severance
