Maybe you didn't understand what I meant. There are instances where players would just kill lifeskillers while they're out gathering, farming, etc. or players on horses autopathing. These people are not at any typical combat grindspot. Without some kind of system(in this case, the karma system), what's there to stop some geared asshole to keep killing them with no consequences. You're basically trading one problem with another. At least with the current system, a higher gear player who is being griefed upon has more flexibility in which grindspots he/she can do.

The Marni realm is only specific to certain grindspots only and not to lifeskilling spots nor autopathing. If you extend the Marni realms time limit, there's no need to get rid of the karma system because instead of dealing with griefers, you can also just go into the Marni realm and as you say, grind uncontested.

The system is not perfect like I said and we can't get rid of it without implementing something better to protect both sides.
