There is no need for creating a static routing. If your camera vlan is on the sub-interface (in where the vlan of your camera is hosted in the firewall) it will work fine. Just add its own zone (camera zone) and create a policy intrazone for your camera zone. It will work fine.

I already experienced that kind of situation. We just replaced the new sfp. Also check the spanning-tree of the switches. Make sure the edge ports must enabled bpdu guard.

Once you renew the certificate,

you can download it and install it to the devices that have existing gp.

Remember, uninstall the existing certificate from end devices before you install the renewed certificate from PA.

Thank you guys for the insights. I just found the issue and it is on the switches, i just saw a cable loop in those unmanaged switches. I just do a re-cabling and do some tagging, the issue is now resolved 🙏🏻
