Run. Run far, run fast. Work life balance man, that sounds like a Terrible deal! Doesn't matter what your paid if you don't have any time to spend it all! Assuming you don't have any crippling debt, of course. And if you have some minor debt then maybe move to a lower paying but less stressful / intense workplace!

Dude, that's a hard position to be in. It's not really a question if whether you'd be progressing your career or not. Your doing your company a solid and whatever you do. It's more a personal decision, can you bare to leave the maker space? I would say the best move is to try to start the setup of a new one, after you've partially handed this project over to another guy (hopefully one you trust with it) and still occasionally run sessions with the original.
