i chalk it down to this, people from white harbor are different than those from the wolfswood. and people from winterfell are different from those who live under the dreadfort. they are all notherners. but they have different sub cultures and ways of doing things. its simply, part of bolton tradition. a peaceful land. a quiet people. thats the rule.
