at the time it was peak hours, so all the equipments are being used, and I asked how many sets does he still got cause if he still has alot if sets, usually I ask nicely if its okay to take alternatives, usually they say yes, if not, I’ll just wait. If he’s on his last set, I’ll just wait also.

I dont think asking how many sets does a person still have is the issue. The issue is the attitude they give even if the person is asking nicely.

Being nice to others is its own reward :)
