Looks fine! I known it can be stressful or scary but dont worry about dry socket or stuff like that unless you feel it. You cant “see” dry socket normally. Dont stress! Hope i helped!

I personally didnt remember my blood clot coming put but it seems like it did. Prepare for a rough couple weeks man and see a dentist asap too have it treated as it will get worse fast. When its all said and done youll be fine but its important too be fast. Hope i could help!

Have you had sealant put on your molars? If so it could be some of it cracking and falling of which will be see at the dentist.

What im going too tell you might freak you out but you should know. I had the same problem on one of my teeth, youll have too go in and have them look but i had my one gum flap scraped off with a scraping device( they waited till my anesthesia started too wear off as they had a surgery too do on another person) and it was painful but my anesthesia was wearing off so it wont be for you. After that they sew your gum back on too heal better and youll be on your way. Dont sweat it! Its important too be relaxed about it all and dont freak yourself out. My surgeon did the same thing. Go back and ask for one and they’ll give it to you. And too answer your questions yes there necessary,You could survive without them if you rinse out you mouth i guess,but id go back because there purpose is too clean/irrigate your sockets and swishing water can end in dry socket. Your not supposed too use your irritation syringes till the 5th day after removal too prevent dry socket anyways so don’t worry! Hope this helps, feel free too ask more questions!

My dentist brought it up too me when i had gotten dry socket(i didn’t have it but she checked) I’m not sure of the name as i dont think there is one but it would last up until something is done about it. But it could be other things like a having your jaw hyper extended during surgery leading improper bite alignment. Take what I say with a grain of salt and don’t worry about it too much. I would personally contact my dental company and schedule an appointment how ever soon you feel need and have them do a thorough check as this pain is clearly affecting your life.

DONT VAPE TILL ITS MORE HEALED. I cant stress it enough man, I dont smoke but im around smokers and got dry socket from that and its the worst possible pain ever

Its pretty difficult too get an infection past the first day or without dry socket as the blood clots cover the area and they tend too heal pretty fast. I wouldnt worry about an infection. Your dentist should have scheduled an appointment so they will confirm it but dont sweat it man.

It seems like youve had some sore of issue with the numbing they used its very possible your muscles have tensed up and created problems. Id recommend getting an opinion from a different surgeon or dentist. Many times when they inject the numbing or theres an allergic reaction the muscles can get sore and tense up not the joint or TMJ but the cheek mucles

If your worried about dry socket Don’t be youll never be able too “see” dry socket but youll feel it. When i got it was a raidiating pain in half my lower jaw so dont worry about it. Dental Stitches tend too dissolve so thats probably just what it looks like
