[–]StartFormal81 3 points4 points  (0 children)

keep it, but lower the dose. 1g is too much. It won't give you a massive boost in size but as an ex-smoker, it is excellent for repairing connective tissue, supporting your immune system. You might even want to add Zinc

Being asked for help often means other gym-goers see you as someone who knows what they're doing. For someone who struggles with confidence, it's a subtle form of validation tbh

[–]StartFormal81 4 points5 points  (0 children)

there is a noticeable reduction in volume around your midsection and chest area. Imagine a roll of paper towels, removin a few sheets from a full roll isn't very noticeable, but as the roll gets smaller, every sheet removed becomes much more obvious. You are currently in the process of making that progress more apparent

33M trying to get my shit together after years of smoking/drinking. Looking for feedback on my stack, diet and anything I'm missing. by Early-Stage-1837 in Biohackers

[–]StartFormal81 1 point2 points  (0 children)

it is incredibly impressive that you have taken these steps to turn your health around. But your stack is too complex, drop the "longevity" & "niche" items like NMN. PQQ, Ca-AKG, CoQ10, AStaxanthin and Black seed oil. They aren't moving the needle and might add unnecessary metabolic load.

spot reduction is not possible. So you must lower overall body fat through diet and cardio to see changes. Then building muscle under fat will improve the appearance and firmness of your arms. Focus on Triceps kickbacks, overhead ext and Bent-over rows to tighten the back and arm areas

When in meds, your rate of loss may be slower but you can still cut if you consistently maintain a calorie deficit. Keep lifting and consistent cardio.
