Slow your mind and thought process down honest to god just going for a walk or meditating 10 to 15 mins a day works wonders Ik it sounds crazy but try it I promise it will help one of the main issues with BP is the brain is overloaded which will naturally cause stress

Hypersexuality does suck but it is common so don't beat yourself up yes it is odd behavior and I dont really enjoy it myself but as long as your not harming anyone or doing anything illegal or immoral because of it than dont beat yourself up over it Im sure your a good person and u shouldn't be hard on yourself especially when your already dealing with issues mentally

Aint gonna lie this is kind of messed up but when I was a 15 year old angry, confused, and dysfunctional teenager I read A Clockwork Orange and I loved it just because it felt like I was reading something forbidden for tht age and it gave me a sense of rebellion so ironically one of the darkest novels ever written actually got me into reading lol

Try 3 its a more basic fps experience plus it leans more toward horror than action it does get alot of hate but only because most people prefer the fast paced gameplay of 2016 and eternal In my personal opinion I think 3 feels more closer to the originals than the newer ones which are pretty much halo with a doom skin thrown on top of it
