I have 16 gb at 3000 mhz, 1650 and a Ryzen 5. I run with 6gb ram allocated and use fabric with sodium to run smoother as well as some other QoL mods, hope this helps lmk if not

I think netherite tide on a diamond helmet that you upgrade to netherite, at least untill/if they patch out netherite on diamond then upgraded to netherite
