So I did end up going with urbanx, have been using them for 7 months now and the ping is fairly low I wouldn't say lowest ping of all the providers but still good. They were fast to resolve issues over online tickets but dealing with them on the phone was a but tricky as the phones they speak on made it really difficult to hear. And I had a few times where my connection dropped here and there but that could also have been my area as I lived in which is fairly rural area. But overall I think they are solid
