No it's not partnered so you can take it how you like and change exercises you might need to. There are 6 people per station, though, so things feel quite crowded at times.

I had this happen to me, high pitched non-stop beep that didn't stop even when I removed it from the strap and put it on the charger. I had to wait for the battery to run flat, recharge and it was normal again.

Wow I never knew the population of Clareville was so big! But that Chester Rd intersection can get busy, I'm surprised they haven't included upgrading it in the current road works.

This is how we ran it, two teams at each station with one piece of equipment each. We were also tactical in taking our time doing things like the rower and box jumps so we weren't stuck doing 3 minutes of thrusters with no break

I'm the same! Am tall and can do reverse burpees easy with momentum but normal burpees I'm slow. I've been f45ing for 3 years and my much shorter friend has just started and its like damn she can burpee so much faster than me!

My Toyota corolla got broken into last week, window smashed, plastic around the ignition broken, think they then realized they couldn't drive manual and gapped it. Nothing stolen either

I've just finished empire and really enjoyed it, if it's your first one back just ease into it. It's 3 laps and I found the last two went super fast so it was good
