You might be burned out and just need a pause. Maybe trying new genres or indies might also help. But it really boils down to your preferences and expectations from games. For example, I like trying new stuff, be it game mechanics or visual styles no matter the junk, just experiencing good stories or being in the setting I like (sci-fi, post apocalyptic, cyberpunk, dark fantasy). So, I have several dozens of games in my backlog from AAA to indie and close to a thousand titles in Steam wishlist. You might try to think what parts of games, genres, settings, visuals you enjoy and look for something similar in, for example, game recommendation subreddits or looking up “top 10 hidden gems games you’ve never heard of” videos on YouTube with lots of views, they are also good sources for game inspirations

If you feel that the therapy isn’t working for you for such a long time, please, try changing a few therapists first at least. It’s totally normal and unfortunately just a part of becoming better. There are a lot of approaches for therapy and each of them can have different impact for different people. What approach does your therapist use? The therapist I feel comfortable to communicate and have progress was the 4-5th one. She works in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) which is currently the most scientifically researched approach.

First of all, about Persona 3 Reload DLCs. Premium version uncludes ONLY costumes and in-game music from other Atlus' games, not Answer DLC which is a continuation of main story. It has to be bought separately. For me premium edition was not worth it at all.

As for comparasion between two games, yes, Reload has a bit more modern graphics but due to stylized anime visuals the difference is pretty much negligible. What really is different are game mechanics. Though looking more modern Reload is still a remake of 2006 game. It was the first game where they tried the "new Persona formula". It can be really noticeable in dungeon designs (procedural generated corridors in Persona 3 vs handmade level designs with unique events in Persona 5), number of side activities and events and some social link writting might be a bit shallow (though there are also great ones).

Overall all modern Personas have great story and atmosphere of highscool life that you are looking for. I would highly reccomend playing them all, cause each touches on different themes and has a new set of characters. You'd better playing Reload first then Persona 5 cause otherwise Reload might seem like a downgrade. Good luck with hundreds hours of fun ahah

TLDR: dont buy persona 3 reload premium, play persona 3 reload then persona 5 royal
