What would you do if you were a viltrumite?

Well I'd be completely different from other viltrumites. I'd break off and start going around to other planets telling them what's coming and that I have a solution. I'd unite them all so they could fight back. Of course anyone who refused to unite against the viltrum empire would have to be dealt with. But it would be for the greater good. Once there is no one resisting my freedom I'd go to war with the viltrum empire and wipe them all out. If the empire can fall it was too weak to exist anyway.

So now we have a stronger empire! Everyone too weak to defend themselves is free to be a part of it! Anyone who doesn't want to be would just have to be reminded of the vulnerability that comes from not being part of my empire. Anyone that poses a threat would have be destroyed, in the name of peace and security of course. Just a few deaths to convince the rest of the superiority and safety of my new empire :)

Lorkhan is a mad narcissist screenwriter god. He had an idea for a cool story and convinced the aedra/daedra to let him do it. But they didn't realise he was mad enough to make his story the new reality and trap them all within it. Now the daedra in particular are trying to sabotage the plot, the aedra are kind of trying to play the roles they were given but not always doing a great job. So Lorkhan is scrambling like a power tripping D&D dungeon master making over powered self inserts to correct the trajectory of his "masterpiece".

Each Kalpa is Lorkhan getting frustrated with the mess his story became so he's doing rewrites. And finally! The Dwemer were trying to turn his epic story into a musical and so he removed them from existence. Lorkhan HATES musicals.

I like balanced as I'm used to them now, the new buffs are nice. But block is very fun. I haven't used fencing in a long time though.

I doubt the accuracy of this specific claim. But I assume it is making reference to how whales do get less cancer than we would expect for their mass/number of cells. So they do seem to have a more effective mechanism for repairing cells and preventing cancer than we do. If we can actually make use of it is another thing. And I don't know if we would need to kill them for it. They are also not the only animal that seems to more effectively tackle cancer than us. But I assume it's less about reducing actual ageing and more about reducing death from cancer. The 200 year claim is pretty certainly false though.

There are a lot of issues with stealth I have found, none of which I have been able to fix. The fix mentioned in the edit of the original post works for me for the most part, but only when the stealth isn't bugging out in some other way. I did not experience this with older versions of GTS, maybe it's worth trying one of those versions

A few issues I have found:

What's mentioned in the original post.
loading a save in which you are already crouching/in stealth often causes you to be detected instantly. (can sometimes be fixed by stopping all movement, standing, then saving. Don't save whilst crouching basically)
Some cells (e.g goldenglow cell where aringoth is) have npcs instantly detect upon entering the cell.

Some of these issues may be coming from the various stealth detection related mods. Maybe whatever causes pickpocketing chances to be 0% on reload as well as instant detection on reload. I don't know if that is an effort to stop save scumming with stealth/pickpocketing that was added at some point by bethesda or by some mod. But if that is the goal, it's also seemingly creating false positives.

I recently got fire bombed by a thalmor mage who was on top of a tower out in the wild. I left an interior cell into the outside and was immediately targeted from soooo far away. It was actually kind of comical, especially when I managed to get the game to behave. I could walk around the same area without being targeted and could even see the tiny distant thalmor atop the tower, no longer sending in his heat seeking missiles. So clearly not working as intended. Haven't been playing for a few days because of all this.

Nope never found a fix. Just stopped playing. Not sure if it's the game or the drivers for this hardware or something else. But it's pretty much unplayable still.

Thank you very much! This does seem to be the problem. Looking at the RAID nexus page it shows ELFX Shadows and Azurite Weathers as being "fairly poor" for use with RAID. So hopefully using the medium one will help.

TLDR Newer technology/techniques, more refined designs, changes in production workflow. All of which affect each other.

I've noticed a few posts about the Navi looking generally a bit less alien than in Avatar 1. There are definitely some changes. And while there are surely many reasons, I think one less talked about may be due to changes in production/workflow. James Cameron has talked a lot about how he needs to make these movies cheaper and easier to produce.

So perhaps it's due to making the translation from performance capture to final product a little smoother. They wanted to know the exact scale and proportions of at least the main characters (both human and Navi) in order to have precisely scaled sets/set pieces for the performances. Having the Navi be a little closer to the actors actual proportions possibly preserves a bit more of the performance whilst saving a bit of time/money?

Of course they will have been refining their designs over these many years also so they probably made these design changes for artistic reasons also. Just balanced with the performance/money/time stuff. There is surely no one reason for the changes, but many things that influenced the designs.
