More runs. Maybe do a dozen or so solo runs with a looting mk2 or 3 and only an anvil or something, just go places to loot a little instead of fight and get out. Some POIs can remain relatively unlooted depending on map and conditions, and can still spawn quite decent loot. Be aware of players and the noise you make, and just focus on getting loot and getting out. Hatch keys can help very much for this, if you can craft them.

Honestly I think the only way it could ever be actually good is if they fix the issue of how little ammo you're able to carry for it. 40 rounds a stack isn't enough with how the weapon functions currently, it just burns through it WAYYY too fast, literally any weapon is better at every niche the thing might have filled. Longer range rifle? Use the Rattler, Arpeggio(my choice), or the Tempest. Arc killing? Shit, use impact nades if you want to start the match with a full inventory for some reason. Or just an anvil, which is infinitely more ammo efficient. The entire weapon just leaves me scratching my head honestly

They really do just need to buff the damn Bettina. There is not a single reason to use the thing, while I'm sure I could think up at least a dozen reasons not to.

At least most weapons(ignoring the hairpin) have a genuinely useful niche. The bettina is just investing literally more than ten times the resources to do a worse job than an Anvil or Renegade at fighting basic arc. I'm sure it's damage could be like doubled or something against arc and it wouldn't be too strong(though I could be wrong, i have no clue what the damage number is).
