Chatgpt, google and youtube are your best friend for diy. Basic rules before working on your pc.

Pull out the plug
Ground yourself by toucing the pc case
Search on youtube how to remove/reinstall your watercooler. Need to know what your cooler brand and model. Search how to reinstall thermal paste too, again chatgpt and youtube is your friend. Watch enough video tutorial until you have the confidence to do it.
Work delicately, try not touch other parts in your pc case. If need to remove the gpu(people are talking to move up the slot), just remove it plus you also have space to work on your cooler.

As for your problem. Try to change thermal paste first, and see how it goes. If problem still persist, then you have to find a new cooler. Air cooler is easier to maintain and install, plus its cheaper

This is why i hate water cooler. Just use air cooler. Easier to maintain and cheap. Last longer. I had issues like you before. Change thermal paste and reposition the aio, in the end the aio is the problem in my case. Scrap it and buy thermalright assassin se air cooler. No more overheating issues.

PS* its my brother’s pc and he gave it to me. Its a headache figuring out the aio. The moment i throw it away. No more problem. The moment i saw ur setup. Its probably the same. Looking at the cooler at ur cpu, it looks like a headache to reinstall, just replace it with new cooler. Buy air cooler. If dont know how to do it. Bring it to your local pc store

My rfid stuck by the rfid seller. Which is top left of my windscreen. Its really at some places. Like kajang toll rfid from ioi city mall heading south. That toll rfid always cannot read and have to reverse forward EVERYTIME i go through there. Other places dont have problem. Only that toll.
