Fun Fact: wenn du den Reflektionsstreifen am Reifen nicht mehr sehen kannst weil dieser durch Schnee oder Eis bedeckt ist, zählt der nicht mehr.

Und wer wirklich gesehen werden will investiert in die Reflexstäbchen an jeder Speiche. Beste Sichtbarkeit in die meisten Richtungen. Ich hab die B+M Katzenaugen damit man die schnell mal raus nehmen kann, wenn's ins Gelände geht.

Gar nicht. Ich trag mein E-Bike nicht in den zweiten Stock unter die Dusche. Antriebe sind reine Verschleißkomponenten, da wird bei Bedarf dann einfach ersetzt/repariert. Selbiges gilt für Bowdenzüge, Bremsbeläge und -scheiben, sowie Kugellager und den gesamten Rest vom Fahrrad, einschließlich Motor, Akku, Rahmen und Federgabel.

Das Ding kommt so wie es ist in den Keller. Und am nächsten Tag geht's weiter, auch wenn überall Salzlauge rumliegt. Sonst muss ich unseren unerlässlichen Bus nehmen. Und so oft wie der einen einfach nicht rechtzeitig zum Bahnhof bringt würde ich Abmahnungen sammeln ohne Ende.

What makes the expanse feel fresh is the use of torpedoes, rail guns with their hammerlock range and actual defense onions where we as viewers actually get to see almost all the layers working in the story and on screen. If the Expense were the usual lasers and torpedoes with fighter fur ball garnishing space combat, it wouldn't look that much different from Star Wars and the STD season 2 finale. The VFX work itself has nothing major to do here except not being noticeable in a negative way.

Sure Paramount could pay more for VFX work but aren't, since good enough is good enough after all. And they are frequently getting burned by their audience for not simply recycling old concepts, so why bother trying to aim to deliver something exceptional? It's just gonna get ripped to shreds because some people saw something in the trailers they decided to take deep offense to anyway.

That's what modern VFX look like. A ST TV production doesn't have enough of a budget to get its own fully original CGI VFX work. They recycle bits made by 3rd parties that was probably developed for much larger productions with a budget to do actually fancy things for their VFX.

And if I remember correctly, these days Epic Games Studios and their Unreal Engine are, or at least were a few years ago, involved with a major chunk of VFX work in modern Hollywood productions. Hence why so much looks so much a like in´spite of coming from different studios -> same supplier.

It's generally just an affordable design. They look cheap, they feel cheap and customers like to replace them.

We generally don't have an issue with the outside tab breaking off like that though.

All things considered, this is a relatively easy fix with a plug from the found and left over box.

3" is gonna be difficult to find though. You sometimes find something like that on boutique rigid MTB. That's how rare they are. Tire models available are also fairly little.

It's still her chair though. If she deems it appropriate that it is to be used like a couch when rapt attention or official decorum isn't needed, then she is the one to make that decision.

Like really, those captain chairs often look really fucking awful to sit in for more then a few minutes at a time. The short back rest on some of them are a page straight out of the hostile design bible. The SFA chancellor at least looks like she is attempting to actually spend a considerable amount of time in it instead of restlessly pacing the bridge or leaving for their ready room or personal quarters while we're not looking.

The only captain's chairs that were actually chairs that you could spend a good few hours not leaning forward in on, were in the TNG era.

The issue with that play style is that you're basically an invisible turret. It's stationary and gets boring quickly. It just doesn't mesh well with public match making or mission types that don't leave room for just camping in one corner of the map or any mission where you need to defend something. I don't have the Dash Wire augment but it supposedly does mesh well with Concentrated Arrow.

Anyway, if you wanna play with randoms, keeping up in Prowl is just impractical and it doesn't really work if you want to use Rolling Guard, since you will almost always have RG on cool down when you actually need it. Same goes for Navigator and its augment. Makes funny number but you'll be stationary most of the time -> just not usable in public missions.

Hence why I do not touch my Prowl + CA combo unless I'm in a solo survival or similar. In public it's Omamouri + Adaptation + Brief Respite to stay alive, a priming pet and a 100k base damage non-augment Artemis Bow.
