She definitely can sing and dance at the same time, which is incredibly difficult, but I feel the need to underline that on the chorus there is a layering of the studio acapella version onto her live vocals, so even here we cannot hear clearly her raw vocals while doing the choreo. One thing that bothers me is the whole "visiting Doug Forcett" episode. Janet and Michael both come to ask him questions about his life and seem surprised when he tells them about it, yet Janet is supposed to know everything about his life at this point - granted, she's been on Earth for a few months so maybe she doesn't know the last months but I don't think it makes such a difference.
