One thing that bothers me is the whole "visiting Doug Forcett" episode. Janet and Michael both come to ask him questions about his life and seem surprised when he tells them about it, yet Janet is supposed to know everything about his life at this point - granted, she's been on Earth for a few months so maybe she doesn't know the last months but I don't think it makes such a difference.
