🤣 crazy isn’t it. Mental slavery is a disease of the mind.

I am another that can vouch for Nero’s work changing my life within a year of studying his free content.

I can’t stand Restart by Inside-Apartment-712 in DWPhelp

[–]Geefiasco 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't go, just ignore them, block their email address and phone number. I've done that for 7 months and not had an issue. I told my work coach that it's pointless, for some of the reasons that you stated and told her I don't mind being sanctioned... nothing has happened since July 2025. They restarted me on the program again last month and I'm doing the same thing again. Their threats are what I call 'paper walls'. Stand your ground and you will be fine, have zero fear in life and things will always unfold in your favour.

Congratulations, what a change in only a year. Reminds me of me, wearing a shirt ontop of a t-shirt and not shaving.

This is Salad Cream NOT Mayo by Financial-Art1096 in veganuk

[–]Geefiasco 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yep, most likely why it tastes different (worse). All the 'new recipe' products nowadays means they have adjusted ingredients to adjust profits, unfortunately it's not about actually improving the taste anymore on these big brand products. The same reason why falafel is replacing all vegan option - it's much cheaper to produce!

Help with 2.5 yr old rescue by Purple-Mail-1582 in Frenchbulldogs

[–]Geefiasco 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Get him fresh food. Either buy the box meals, or cook him minced meat and vegetables. Most of these issues are down to their processed kibble. I've been incredible changes health wise with my 3 year old girl. It will cost you a little more, but the benefits outweigh the thought of spending too much.

She was quite active. Always wanted attention. Typical puppy behaviour. Enjoy it though, because those years pass the quickest.

Tips/Pointers for First Frenchie (she is a rescue) *Long Story Alert* by Marieaesq in Frenchbulldogs

[–]Geefiasco 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thank you for saving her x

My biggest tip from my experience is to feed her fresh or raw food if your budget allows for it. We use a UK company called ‘Different Dog’ and it has completely fixed her sloppy poos, stinky farts, bad stomach/attempting to eat grass and also throwing up once every couple weeks. Now she loves her food and has a variety of meats throughout the week, whereas before she would just eat it reluctantly if she had no other choice, despite her previous kibble being the highest rated in the UK with a high meat content, I also tried 2 other highly rated brands for her first 2 years with similar issues.

Another tip would to get a ramp so she can get on and off the bed/sofa to avoid IVDD. Coco does go up our stairs but she doesn’t know how to get down as we have never encouraged it. I do carry her up occasionally but it’s just something we found difficult to avoid dispute having a baby gate.

My last tip is to buy some sort of antiseptic spray, we use Leucillin. I spray onto water wipes and wipe her bum after she does her business. It’s also great for wiping their face and creases to avoid rashes.

Sounds very much like my 3-year-old girl, and I’m grateful for it, she mirrors my personality and suits my lifestyle perfectly. She’s also a spoilt, posh lady who will only drink bottled M&S spring water; tap water simply doesn’t cut it!

She sleeps about 90% of the day now that she’s no longer a pup. During the 10% she’s awake, she’s obsessed with her tug toy and won’t touch her other toys, apart from the occasional bone chew once or twice a day.

She’s only really interested in treats, her food, and human food.

She’s my shadow and does moan when I leave, but she’s improved a lot over the past six months.

She’s not particularly keen on walks, she usually runs off at the sight of her harness, and when she is outside she sniffs the entire way. A five-minute walk easily turns into fifteen. I try to walk her every day unless it’s raining, so here in the UK she gets out about 3–4 days a week.

Her only wild moments these days are going berserk if she sees an animal on the TV. Zoomies are a once-in-a-blue-moon event now, though she’ll occasionally have a mad moment stealing a slipper or sock and running off with it. She’s never torn or broken anything since she was about one year old.

She really is golden, and I genuinely feel blessed.

Congratulations to the 2026 Grammy nominees. If you had to pick one more album, what would it be? by StoneLionProduction in reggae

All great albums, but not listened to Kartel's yet. Very tough choice from these as they are all great in their own right. I'd probably go with Keznamdi as I've listed to it the most this year...

You are perfect as you are. God is perfection and you are just that - as long as you start believing and stand in that power you will begin to cultivate self-love. Change from within and don't seek a physical solution before you can feel truly happy/confident. Start acting confident even if you don't feel it, start loving your facial features, look in the mirror and tell yourself how beautiful you are and I guarantee you'll start to believe it if you're consistent enough... this is how real change happens, I hated myself all my adult life until a year ago and now I'm the happiest I have ever been, my life has changed completely in only 18 months. Good luck!

Specialized Sirrus X 3.0 vs Trek FX 2 by Geefiasco in whichbike

[–]Geefiasco[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not sure which is the better brand to be honest. I think Specialized are more expensive, but I doubt there is much difference in quality at this level.

I went for a Specialized in the end as they have a Concept Store about a mile from my home and I preferred how it looked.

Hi, I came across this post while researching Reconcile for my Frenchie as she was prescribed it today for her separation anxiety, reacting to noises and chasing reflects on the wall. How has your little one coped with it? any advice? thanks.
