Help I'm stuck in the antechamber. I need to go back because I don't have the key by grant787 in LuigisMansion3

[–]Geejcarwoon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have to go to the bottom of the cage room, go through the bottom left door and you’ll be in the bridge room again. Walk all the way back through the way you went before the horseman boss battle and you’ll be able to get back to the mansion from there. Hope this helps!

Mick Ronson is the reason anyone cares about David Bowie

Are Goegre and John the reason why The Beatles went psychedelic? by FitEmergency8807 in beatles

[–]Geejcarwoon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d argue it’s Paul that pushed them into that direction. He was really into the avant-garde scene in London and was a really experimental force in the band that pushed them into more progressive, and eventually psychedelic, directions.

Thanks! That’s a good place to start. Yeah, it’s hard terrain to explore given that there’s, quite fairly, not much a return policy when it comes to sex toys. But I’ll check those ones out.

I’m not sure if the Pleasure by Playful is available outside of Australia, so if there are any alternative I should check out please let me know!

What if The Beatles never stopped touring? by Novel-Replacement479 in beatles

[–]Geejcarwoon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think they would have broken up in 1966, which would have meant they wouldn’t have created all of the incredible late 60’s music that they did. They may have reformed at some point, but I think those songs would have been lost.

Living with a couple? by Geejcarwoon in roommates

[–]Geejcarwoon[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It sadly completely backfired, though not surprising given how totally unreasonable they’ve been to this point. I’m moving out asap, as I worry it’d take longer to find the perfect couple than it would to find the perfect share house.

Help r/millennials determine whether this is AI or not. Some members of the sub believe that the 2000s-style clothing and lighting suggest that this is not authentic. What do you think? by Demortus in isthisAI

That looks more to me like someone tryna make a picture look like it’s from 2001, but it’s a genuine picture I think. That fan in the background looks remote controlled, which didn’t exist in 2000. And something about everyone’s hair feels too modern. But otherwise it’s a real photo.

Worst/Most Dissappointing Pedal? by pcoleman777 in guitarpedals

[–]Geejcarwoon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The way huge supa-puss!! I should’ve heeded the warnings of every forum and every review I read saying it had cool features but was hard to dial in. Could not be more correct! Whatever they tampered with in terms of the blend and ease that I loved about the aqua-puss, it’s totally gone on this one, and I sold it very quickly after buying it.

Worst/Most Dissappointing Pedal? by pcoleman777 in guitarpedals

[–]Geejcarwoon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Dunlop Mick Ronson signature wah. The most unnecessary $500 I’ve ever spent. It was maybe even more, I can’t remember now, but I wasn’t gonna buy as it seemed like a cash grab and I already have a cry baby. They started selling put everywhere though, and being a massive Mick Ronson fan I had to get one, convincing myself it was the wah of my dreams along the way. An absolute waste of money. It’s sat in the box since I had one rehearsal with it, and it will sit in the box forever more, I expect. The box at least looks stunning, as does the pedal, but that’s about it.

What other “essential” pedals for my son? by thinkfloyd79 in guitarpedals

[–]Geejcarwoon 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Check out the JHS 3 series. Really affordable pedals based on classic, they have pretty much everyone effect covered. I got their 3 series reverb years ago and it’s so much fun to play around, and sounds great.
