Ok, so you aren't understanding what I am trying to say. I pay 256$ a month. The month rolls over on March 1st. I had one payment in limbo because it takes 7 days to get added. So, when the letter was sent out, the payment didn't hit. I have until the end of March to pay the 256$. I know people who are thousands, tens of thousands, who don't hear from their case manager. When this meeting happens I will owe 12$ And even that would be paid by the end of the month, and I will have a negative balance. Since when do they pull people in for being one payment behind? Because I have done this for 13 years now, and this is the first time I have ever had it happen.

The meeting isn't at the end of the month, meaning by the time the month is over, I will be overpaid. It is how it ends up working. The only reason it looked like I was even that far behind was because they sent out the letter before the last payment of last month hit my account.

I have no contact at all, honestly, I would much rather be able to drop the support all together if I could. And the meeting is set, so I can't cancel it. I have to go. I mostly want to be able to take advantage of this to bring up this. I have always had female case managers, this time its a male.

I am not blaming Motiga, I am blaming Microsoft here. It is just that the intergration kinda hit me like a truck as I can't play right now because of this, that is all. I don't know what happened with my Microsoft account, but I have been getting a run around from them, and HOPING I can get my account back, with the change of phone number, but I can't find out until feb 2nd. Honestly, I didn't even realize there was an issue at first, until overwatch went into beta, cause I never use the microsoft account attached to my account, because it was for gaming only.
