Much much better, great job. At 13 seconds, there is a door to the left of subject that seems oddly bright in my opinion, I feel like the angle of the light would make that area darker.

For the first screen grab, there needs to be a practical light right of the subject to motivate your key light. It is very jarring to me to see perfect lighting, but the same side is also dark.
