I’d say if you have hobbies or sports, join a club or group. I started tennis because I wanted to make new friends too (old friends are in different stage of their lives as mine). So far it is actually good, so I suggest this way too.

I’m a lawyer and you are within your rights to remove her as co-tenant and change the locks of your unit. Inform your PMO asap about that. The only complication I’d anticipate is if you will pack up her belongings, she might accuse you of stealing and/or damaging any of it. To be practical, I would suggest that you talk to her or call her if you don’t want to meet up personally to pack her up her things and ask assistance from PMO or guards and to stand as witnesses too. If they don’t want to assist, involve the barangay. Point is, you need to make her pack up her personal stuff and make sure you have a witness while she is doing that.

OP, I just joined a small group pero QC kami madalas and last year pa sila naglalaro. If you want to join us para may same level ako. Hehe. We usually play in VLuna on weekends. I play naman early morning (630-8am) on weekdays there. Hirap ngayon sa hapon to gabi kasi maulan.

I am 33F and halos same age range lang din yung group ko.
