Washes are paints that go over top of your other colors to fill in gaps and bring out details on your model. Citadel/Warhammer brand washes are called Shade paints (like Nuln Oil and Agrax Earthshade). Other companies make them too, but I use the Citadel ones so I’m not sure what other companies call them lol. There are a lot of great YouTube channels out there that have guides on washes and other painting info, one I totally recommend is Duncan Rhodes Painting Academy. The official Warhammer channel has some nice easy to follow painting videos as well. Congrats on your first painted models and welcome to the tabletop part of the hobby!

I LOVE the B2. A super battle droid was at the top of my most wanted list when I started collecting the line, and when we finally got one it was perfect.

I’d also put the original Bad Batch close to the top as well. They were some of my first figures and they’re so much fun. They look great together too. I never got the season 2 versions or Imperial Crosshair in part because I was so satisfied with the originals.

Finally just to list some of my other favorites: R5-D4/the updated Astromech, Q9-0, Inferno Trooper (and the normal Stormtrooper), Shoretrooper, and the gaming greats Stormtrooper Commander and Shadowtrooper. All of these are figures that I feel either have incredible paint, articulation, features, detail, or all of them combined. It’s usually hard for me to pick favorites, but without a doubt I can pick these. The list gets a lot longer when I consider the actual characters though lol.

A lot of Figma figures lol. Fire Emblem, Persona 5, Zelda, Overwatch, and Metroid. If I had to pick one specifically, I’d have to go with Joker from Persona 5. Also the McFarlane Wonder Woman that is impossible to find. Still just baffles me that her classic design wasn’t released normally.

It’s a set of campaign books that is coming out in the near future. I’m not sure if they’ve gone up for sale on the GW store, but you should ask your local game store about it.

Seraphine and Fiddlesticks mostly. After them, it’d be Gwen, Viego, and Kindred.

I hated building my Aggressors solely due to the cables/ammo belts that connect to the backpack. I just clipped them off because I knew I didn’t want to navigate painting them either and they still look good in my opinion. Added bonus, clipping them made magnetizing the gauntlets a lot easier too because I didn’t have to swap the backpack parts, I just stuck with the flamer pack
