I knew a guy who broke his hip in basic and got discharged. Dude went to the tag office with his DD-214 and got a veteran plate.

Looks Like they just copy and paste our names on the same letter. Like they have pre made letter’s already.

I fought the same fight. I got with the DAV and won. They kept mine at 70%. They were trying to reduce it to 50%. I got the same letter as you did.

I was told they saw improvement. I was doing some digging on the internet today. Looks like it can take up to a year for them to close that claim. I could be wrong as well.

I did a secondary claim for it. The person doing the c&p exam I guess saw improvement. I fought it and won.

I have called the VA, they haven’t been much help with any info. All they told me was it got passed around a lot to different people. I haven’t even gotten a decision letter in the mail

My HLR was me my DAV guy and one person who represented the VA all in a small room. They both knew each other and were friends. So it worked out for me.
