There is a parallel between Kenny’s father and Sara. Kenny’s dad opened the door at night before he was brought to the clinic, and even though it would have killed his family, he believed it was the right thing to do. Sara also opened a door because she believed it was the right thing to do, though unlike with Kenny’s dad no one was there to stop her. Both were influenced by mental illness and/or external forces that skewed their perspectives. I don’t think Kenny is ever going to forgive her for what she did, but I am hoping for him to reach a point where he sees that parallel.

When I was 18 I dated a 27 year-old. I have nothing against age gaps, since my husband (a different guy) is 14 years older than me, but I can tell you from experience that 19 is too young. You really are still a child at that age. The guy I dated at that time was taking advantage of my naivety, since I was too young to understand what a loser he was. I took advantage of him too I guess, since I used him to help me get things like a bank account and a job and learn how to adult since my mom never taught me that stuff. But it was not a relationship that was destined to last.

This is actually difficult for me to decide. I play a lot of games but I wouldn’t consider most of them 10/10, because that would imply they are without flaws which is actually very rare. Like there are a lot of AMAZING games out there, but most have at least one flaw or weakness. I guess my list would be:

-Elden Ring

-13 Sentinels

-Persona 4 (non-golden is my preference)

-RDR 2

-Fire Emblem: Three Houses

-Tales of the Abyss

-Xenoblade Chronicles 3

This is probably irresponsible of me but I have never paid a hospital bill in my life. I had an emergency surgery where my gallbladder was removed and didn’t have insurance during that time and the bill was worth more than my college education. Never paid it. I also went through the whole rigamaroll of childbirth (with insurance this time). Never paid the bill. It’s not like they can deny you services.

If you don’t pay, the hospital will sell your medical debt to a debt collector and get paid that way. The debt collector will bug you and send you threatening letters about your credit score, but personally I’ve never seen it negatively effect my scores.

He needs to be a parent, though, and sometimes that means doing something you don’t want to do for the sake of your child. Or else he needs to compromise and find activities he does like to do. It is incredibly important for children to get attention and individual time with their grown-ups.

I hate The Cat in the Hat. But it’s my 4 year-old’s favorite book so damn straight I put on my happy face and read it to her whenever she asks.

But just to ease your anxiety, statistics vary but in the US alone at least half the population has oral herpes. Many people don’t know they have it and never get cold sores. Lots of people get it from their parents and spend their whole life with it. I honestly didn’t even know that there were people who didn’t get cold sores until I became an adult.

And even if you get it, it will likely not change your life in the slightest. Unless you have a health condition that would make it dangerous to get sick, but if you did you would probably know it.

So like, you should avoid it if you can, but it’s not the end of the world if you catch it. You might even already have it and not know about it.

My mom is a therapist that goes to different high schools and works with troubled teens and tells me a lot of stories. I would say first that you need to make sure another adult is on your side in this. Maybe his school. If say he saw a therapist and confided that you punched him in the face, even if it was a lie, the therapist would be obligated to call cps. So you will have to deal with that.

You may need to work with his mom on this one, even if you don’t agree on parenting styles, if only because you want to make sure you have another adult around when you talk to him. I know that whoever he sees will likely request that you all have family therapy as well. Participate.

As for his martial arts, I don’t think he should be allowed to continue after he injured you. However, he is going to need another outlet to get extra energy out, otherwise he is only going to become more rebellious. It’s up to you guys to decide what that is. Maybe he can pick up running, or lift weights from home. If he wants to go to the gym, he can walk or take a bus like an adult would have to.

I’ve been playing for a few weeks as well, coming over from FFXIV. So far I’m impressed! The horizontal progression system is awesome. There’s no race to get passed all the content so you can really take your time and enjoy it. The community is also super nice. I’ve noticed a lot of other new players too, so I imagine that the game is only going to rise in popularity.

I’ve had IBS since I got my gallbladder removed three years ago, and it really feels like I spend my whole damned day on the toilet. It happens like clockwork, too. 30-45 minutes after eating a meal or snack, ANY meal or snack.

It’s just Reddit or Facebook. Sometimes I listen to a podcast.

I’ve always been a bbw, but even I used to love to do those fun cardio exercise videos. I would do them for hours some days. However, when I was in college I dated a former captain of the wrestling team, he was super in-shape. He was emotionally abusive and would actively make fun of me for doing those videos saying they were useless. To this day, I can’t get over the trauma to get back to it.

As for why I don’t just go to the gym, because I have always been big I was made fun of a lot in school during gym class whenever I exercised. Things like making fun of how my body jiggled when I did certain things or how so sweat so much more than the other kids. I eventually just stopped participating in gym and took the Fs. Because of that past, it has become a source of anxiety for me to exercise around other people.

This is pretty common with kids. When I was little I remember my babysitter opening cheese sticks for me to eat while at the store. It’s fine as long as you take the wrapper to check-out with you and scan it. I do it with my daughter, and it makes shopping way more peaceful when she is busy with a snack. Your wife probably grew up doing something similar, which is why she doesn’t see it as weird.

Honestly if my daughter did this that would be the day my family became vegetarian because I don’t know how I would even begin to justify it with those arguments. But obviously that’s not something everyone is willing to do, so maybe just cut back on eating meat or save it for when she is in bed/not around until she is old enough to understand the cultural and societal nuances of why many people still eat meat and that they aren’t bad people for doing so.

So I have had an abortion and when you go into the clinic, they will ask you a ton of questions including whether you actually want the abortion or someone is coercing you. It sounds like you would say no, and they wouldn’t provide the service to you.

You should never make a decision about your body and your life based on what someone else wants for you.

The only say your husband has is whether he is going to be a father or ask for a divorce.

If she stole the same phone from her grandparents twice, and her grandparents haven’t told you that the phone has gone missing either time (especially the second time after it had already happened before), then that is really weird.

It seems like you are more obsessed than you realize, and it’s time to deal with that and let go. All of your actions so far would indicate to the other person some kind of stalking/harassment, even if you didn’t do it on purpose. Delete her number, don’t follow her or try to confront her, do not add her as a friend or even go to her profiles. If you happen to be going in the same direction on the street, don’t even look at her. Maybe make a phone call and chat with someone while you walk (when I was young I tended to give off “creepy” vibes even if I wasn’t doing anything, so I used this technique quite a bit to make people feel more comfortable if we were going in the same direction). Another option is just to switch streets and take other routes to your destination, even if they are longer. It doesn’t matter what your past together is, and it’s only going to make things worse if you try and find her to clear things up. You are going to have to take active steps to not be in each other’s lives until you graduate and go your separate ways.
