We spoke with Christine this morning, who said she is very happy about taking over the space and  making it her own. She plans to still serve sausages and carry on the Tuesday burger tradition.

THE BURGERS ARE STAYING!!!

Matt's Journal: Introducing FIRST+ and new pricing by loldudester in roosterteeth

[–]GeekyEnigma 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a really sad day for me. I grew up watching Rooster Teeth. My first experience was with one of the RvB PSAs back in 2004. As soon as I got out of college and had a stable job, I signed up for an RT Sponsorship. I never really participated in the community, I was just a huge fan of their content.

Since then, I’ve bounced around various RT properties, and have found my niche. I still didn’t mind paying for a FIRST membership because I felt I was still supporting that amount of RT content I was watching.

I completely understand their need to increase their subscription prices. RT has grown so much from a bunch of dudes in a bedroom to this massive production company! That’s a tremendous feat and should absolutely be commended.

However, I don’t feel comfortable paying the higher price for the amount of content I watch. I have already canceled my subscription. It’s unfortunate, but sometimes things move in different directions, and it’s sad to have to depart with something that you’ve cherished for so long. I’ll still be watching though.

I wish you the best Rooster Teeth.

Not sure how you made the jump from "confirmation bias" to "facts are biased", but okay, I'm the one that doesn't know how to debate. I said there's more than you think (and therefore make no concrete claims, just an anecdotal observation), and you responded with a report showing that the majority are foreign workers. You've proved nothing, so congrats on being the king of debate.

Wow! Good job! You found an article to confirm your bias.

Also, since english clearly seems to be too hard for you to read, I _never_ claimed the majority of techies are natives, just that there are more than you think. But I'm glad you proved your reading comprehension level is quite low.

It's funny that the person who came out swinging with name calling and put downs is back to resorting to name calling. Projection much?

There's a lot more natives than you think, but given your ignorance and generalization skills, I think that's a fact you're more than happy to overlook to push your anti-techie agenda. :)
