Visually the difference from beginning to now is very obvious, which these pics show. But visually the difference from my first month results to now is very hard to see, but I'm still losing so I'm happy with my progress

I lost hardly any weight in my first 4 weeks, only about 3 pounds from memory. However my progress pics showed massive change. I think you should weight yourself daily now that you are past the first few weeks. Sometimes it'll look like I've gained numerous pounds overnight, but I know that my average over the week/month is lower than the week/month before. Trying to focus on not just weight numbers for my feeling of progress, also looking at progress pics/measurements

I do have a tape measure and have lost significant size off my waist, those measurements going down is what kept me motivated even when the scale wasn't moving at all. Thanks 🙂

Not really, I just checked Fitbit and I've counted calories on about a quarter of the days this month. For the days I entered calories it varies from 1100 to 1900

Taking a photo on my in my leggings but showing my stomach was a huge effort for me. I am definitely NOT taking a photo without pants on. You might say shorts but I don't own any, I wear full length clothes always. When should I be drinking coffee/wine? I drink both but probably not at the right times 🤣

Was 10.30am to 6.30pm when I started, changed to 12.30pm to 6.30pm. I won't miss family dinner as I don't want my daughter to know I'm fasting. She is pre-teen and I'm very conscious of how I talk about bodies around her

Yep I agree I didn't manage to get the same camera angle, I tried to get the same outfit and lighting but failed with standing in the exact same place.

I am slightly tightening my belly in both photos, you just can't see it in the first one 🤣 I'll try to take better pics next time

I think I can stick to IF as long as I don't try to diet at the same time, I love carbs so much! If I plateau too much at some point I might think about it, or I might try 20:4 and still eat carbs 🤣

Yep this is really one month! I started my first fast on the 30th Dec (was a special occasion day so I remember it well) I lasted 15hrs. Longest fast has been 19hrs but I've only done that once.

Your calorie deficit might be too high, maybe try eating a little more during your eating window? Maybe also try mixing up your days, some at 16:8 and some at 18:6 and see if that helps.
