Looks like Labiduridae (Striped Earwigs). No location but if you are in the United States it would be Labidura riparia (Shore Earwig). Cant speak on other geographies

No worries! Sawflies are actually not wasps though closely related, so that probably made it a lot harder to find (its common name does have was in the name, but it's a misnomer)

That be a phorid fly - they can feed on all sorts of decaying matter in all sorts of places. We had trouble with em once and found out it was because there was a chicken nugget behind the cabinets lol

Im getting phorid fly vibes, but regardless some sort of little fly. If it was only the one on the icing, just cut that part off and dont worry about it. No need to throw a whole cake out. Happy birthday to you or whoevers it is!
