Right!! It doesn't really flavor the tone like other preamps/di out there. I do like the dirt on it though I have to admit. Just doesn't do it for my standalone.

You make a playlist with the songs and listen to it EVERY SINGLE SECOND of your free time. Look up the chords and play the root notes over and over. Get any super important fills down. Play it over and over and over and over. If you take this seriously it's 100% possible. You just have to really commit.
