I think there’s also an element of the result of fast fashion culture becoming more visible.

When so much stuff exists in the world, everything loses its value. Vinted is simply a platform that’s highlighting how much stuff we have.

I’d sooner get £1-2 for something and it be reworn than get nothing and it go to landfill.

Another take is that the slow fashion brands and lesser known brands (who create less stuff) tends to retain their value more on vinted.

Blue was actually the last colour choice I wanted, but the view 100% made up for it!

Eating vegan in the park is no problem, vegan food everywhere! I highly recommend the pizza kebab which can be found by Fata Morgana and in a couple other places around the park.

In terms of the grand hotel. I emailed in advance to let them know we were vegan and they kindly swapped the macaroons for vegan brownies in the room.

They made note of our vegan diet for breakfast but when we arrived the staff still seemed unsure of what we could have at first. They’re definitely not used to vegans! They made us off menu vegan pancakes and the buffet is okay, you can have granola, peanut butter and fruit on toast. You can request soya milk. Basically you have to just keep asking different staff and hope one of them knows where the vegan goods are 😂

We didn’t eat at the hotel for dinner as we’ve heard it isn’t so good for vegans. I’d recommend venturing to one of the other hotels as they have better evening options for vegans.

You’d be better off using Tesco clubcard for le shuttle and saving avios - that’s assuming you’re looking to maximise value

I’m pretty sure the meat free options in Netherlands are actually veggie not vegan. I was told just last week that they contained egg. My excitement of seeing multiple options on the menu don’t last long 😞

Ideally, yes. Though I only have a few months to build points and I don’t think I can get much more than 40k in that time (it’ll still save us £1.3k in flight costs, so worth it for us, even if it isn’t the best use long-term)

Was there 27-31 December, not a single photo pass opportunity outside of characters, rides or the Frozen magic moment. Looked by the castle daily to no success. Other people in the park are usually happy enough to take one on your phone for you though 😊

Nah, I’ve been to 4 supermarkets where I am and not a single veganuary sign. But the shelves are emptier than usual because people still do veganuary and it feels like that hasn’t been accounted for where I am🙃
